Service terms

These terms cover visits booked with Nest Out, online or by phone. If anything here is unclear, call or text us before your visit.

Price

Posted prices are on the home page. Your final price is confirmed before any work starts. Each extra service on the same visit is $60.

Neighbor deal

$75 per home when you and a next-door neighbor book the same day. Both homes must be booked. Your lots must share a side or back property line. Lots that touch only at a corner, or are across the street, don't count. Once your visit is confirmed at $75, your price stays $75, even if your neighbor cancels or reschedules.

Free recheck

If the same nest we treated is still active 7 days after the visit, contact us within 14 days of the visit and we'll treat it again free. A new nest in a different spot is a new job. We will tell you which one you have.

Cancelling or rescheduling

There is no cancellation fee. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Your booking confirmation includes a cancel link; it works for 72 hours after you book, and not after the day of your visit. Any other time, call or text (414) 236-2340 at least 24 hours before your visit.

If you are not home

You don't need to be home. All of our services are outdoors, so we treat as scheduled. Please leave gates unlocked and pets inside. If we can't safely reach the treatment area (for example a locked gate, pets outside, or unsafe conditions), there is no charge, and we will contact you to set a new time. When we treat, we leave the written notice the law requires at your door, and we post lawn warning signs when we treat lawn or landscape areas.

Pre-treatment information

When you book online, you agree to get our written pre-treatment information offer (Wisconsin ATCP 29.55(2)(a) and 29.56(2)(a)) by email. We also leave a paper copy at your door, and paper is free any time you ask. We email you a link to confirm you can open our emails; until you click it, we use paper. To change your email, call or text us. To stop emails or get paper only, call or text (414) 236-2340. Prefer paper only? Call us to book instead.

Payment

You pay for each visit. There is no contract. We don't store your card. Pay by Square invoice, or by card in person. If you pay by card, Square handles the payment, and we never see or store your card number.

Refunds

We don't give refunds for completed treatments. Instead, if the same nest we treated is still active 7 days after the visit, contact us within 14 days of the visit and we'll treat it again free. If you think a charge is wrong, contact us and we will review it with you.
